Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
ML Helvetic ("we", "us") runs Cinalto, its creative and marketing studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the Cinalto website or contact us, why, and what your rights are under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
We keep data to the minimum: the site has no analytics and no cookies, and the only data we receive is what you send us through the demo form or by email.
The controller of the personal data described here is ML Helvetic, Switzerland, reachable at contact@mlhelvetic.swiss. Cinalto is a studio of ML Helvetic.
For any question about your data, or to use your rights, write to contact@mlhelvetic.swiss.
This policy covers the website cinalto.mlhelvetic.swiss and the requests you send us through it or by email. Work we do for clients is governed by the contract with each client.
When you use the "Book a demo" form, you send us:
- your name, work email and company or team (required);
- the service you are interested in, chosen from a list;
- a few words about your brief, if you write them.
When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. Please do not send sensitive personal data through the form.
When you send the form, our server adds your IP address to the email we receive, to help us spot abuse.
Like any web server, our hosting provider records technical access data when you visit a page: IP address, date and time, the page requested, and your browser and device type. We use these logs only to run and secure the site.
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It does not store anything in your browser. Fonts and videos are served from our own host, so your visit sends no data to font, video or social media providers.
- to answer your request and arrange a demo or a call;
- to prepare an offer and, if you become a client, to carry out the work;
- to keep the website running and secure.
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers that run our services for us:
- Hostinger, which hosts the website and sends the form email;
- our email provider, which hosts the contact@mlhelvetic.swiss mailbox (Infomaniak, Switzerland).
We may disclose data where Swiss law requires it.
The website is hosted by Hostinger in a data centre in France. Where data goes to a country without an adequate level of protection under Swiss law, we rely on safeguards recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), such as standard contractual clauses.
We keep demo requests and emails for as long as needed to deal with them and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship and the periods Swiss law requires (for example ten years for accounting records). Server logs are kept for the short period set by our host.
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection you may ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and receive data you gave us in a common format. Write to contact@mlhelvetic.swiss; we may ask you to confirm your identity.
You may also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), www.edoeb.admin.ch.
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
